FAQ

• If i make a reservation for example 16 persons and at the end, more or less people want to come, is it possible?
  -At every reservation there is an allowance +/- 2 people which is a countable change. In case of a bigger deviation ( more than + 2 people ), you should inform the park in order to ensure you that the change due to availability is possible. In case of a smaller deviation (less than - 2 people )from the people who were suppose to come, then the amount is being hold and not calculated.
• What will happen if the weather is not good?
  -Our scenarios are being played with all kinds of weather, except the extreme weather phenomenon, where we cancel the reservation in a short notice. We consider that a scenario is taking another dimension and difficulty level according to the weather and the external conditions, while its not affected by a drizzle, before, after, or during the game. Anywise the forest doesn’t keep water, neither mad and don’t forget that its about an outdoor activity and not an enclosed area. So cancellation is only being done by the park staff and the local weather prediction and not by any client’s estimation at the last minute. In any case, the information of the park members, may be done days before your reservation but even a few hours before your arrival, (if the prediction is not clear and the weather unsteady)
• If there is a cancellation from the park due to bad weather, what is happening with the deposit?
  The deposit is valid, and with the information of the park about the cancellation , you may reserve a new date.
• If i make a reservation for one of the shifts and then i decide to change the time for the same day but another time, is it possible?
  You should contact the park and only if the time you want is available, you can make the change.
• Can i change the reservation date?
  Yes you can until 5 days before the reservation, in order not to lose your deposit. If you change the date in less than 5 days, then your deposit is being hold and its not being calculating.
• What will happen if i make a reservation for 16 people and then more want to come?
  Your reservation has a deviation of +/- 2 people ( 16 +2 =18 ), so until 18 people you don’t have to inform us, but if you want to add more people than that, you must contact us in order to ensure you for the availability.
• What will happen if i make a reservation for 16 people but then less people want to come?
  Your reservation has a deviation of +/-2 people ( 16-2=14 ) so until 14 people you don’t have to inform us and the deposit of these people who will not come is refundable, but if the people who were suppose to come are less than the -2, then you have to call us and let us know at least 5 days before, in order not to lose your money, because otherwise the amount of the deposit (which is account for these who won’t come) is not refundable and its not calculated.
